We collect personal information when you fill out a contact form or an intake form, and when you purchase one-on-one sessions through this site. The information collected may include your name, email address, physical address, phone number, and credit card number. THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE

We take your privacy seriously and we will never rent, trade, sell, or otherwise share your personal information with outside parties. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist with the operation of this website. We may release information, if required, to comply with the law, enforce site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety. Also, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, and analytics.

Transactions are processed using Wix's secure eCommerce platform. All of our pages are protected by SSL and The Wix Bookings checkout process is secured by HTTPS / SSL technology.  We accept payment through two major third-party payment processors, PayPal and Stripe. PayPal's privacy policy is here and Stripe's privacy policy is here.

REFUNDS

1:1 COACHING SESSIONS

Refunds are processed in cases when cancellations are made with more than 72 hours notice ahead of  scheduled session.

QR CLUB MEMBERSHIP

There are no refunds issued in the case of a cancelled membership.

Cancellations must be made more than 72 hours notice ahead of scheduled session online through "My Bookings" or by emailing info@quantreasoning.com.

QR CLUB MEMBERSHIP

To cancel your QR Club membership, go to "My Subscriptions" in your account which you can find by going to the dropdown menu at the top of the screen by the Login Bar, or email info@quantreasoning.com. There are no refunds issued in the case of a cancelled membership.
