Cancellation Policy

You must cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled session in order to receive a full refund. If you need to reschedule you can do so by accessing "My Bookings" in your account up to 72 hours before your scheduled session. You can also reschedule without penalty by emailing info@quantreasoning.com up to 12 hours before your scheduled session. After that 12-hour cutoff, your payment will not be refunded.
